New Wor(l)ds Project: Discover New Worlds through New Words
The New Wor(l)ds Project, ideated by Giulio Sergnese, 15, is driven by his vision to empower teenagers by enhacing their social awareness and kids by building their self-confidence.
The project connects teenagers, aged 14 to 18, with kids from underserved communities, aged 8 to 13, offering them English lessons for free.
To fund the educational costs for the project, Giulio’s entrepreneurial spirit came into play. He asks his parents to publish his book. The Archive Of My Dreams has been published by Rizzoli last August.
The book isn’t for sale – it’s given in exchange for a donation.
How the New Wor(l)ds Project works:
- Young teenage teachers help kids improve their English skills.
- The Project funds yearly scholarships for children, providing them with 10 English booster classes, teaching materials, live English classes at international kids’ schools, certification expenses, a round-trip flight to Cambridge for the student to sit at Anglia Ruskin University the Pre A1 Starters, A1 Movers, A2 Flyers, PET and B1 Preliminary for Schools.
- This initiative empowers both the volunteers and the young learners, fostering a supportive community and promoting global understanding.
If you want to support this project, the book has no price but you can DONATE so that more children can chase their dreams.
