The students will have the opportunity to meet the author himself, Giulio Sergnese. This interactive experience will allow the children to engage directly with the author and ask questions about the book and its message, providing a memorable and inspiring moment in their academic year.
The book as a tool for fundraising
All proceeds from donations made in exchange for The Archive of My Dreams will go directly to support the New Wor(l)ds Project, an initiative created by Giulio Sergnese to provide access to quality English education for children aged 8 to 13.
New Wor(l)ds Project: Discover New Worlds through New Words
The New Wor(l)ds Project was founded by Giulio Sergnese to create a lasting impact on both young learners and teenage teachers. The initiative focuses on two main objectives:
- Teenage teachers empowering kids: young volunteers take on the role of English teachers, helping children improve their language skills, opening the door to better opportunities and brighter futures.
- Funding Scholarships for Education: All funds raised through donations in exchange for The Archive of My Dreams contribute to yearly scholarships. These scholarships cover the cost of 10 English booster classes, live lessons at international kids’ schools, teaching materials, exam fees, and even a round-trip flight to Cambridge for students to sit the Cambridge Exam.
This initiative fosters a supportive community where both the volunteers and the young learners grow, empowering them to make meaningful contributions to society and promoting global understanding.
